EAGLES FALL IN STRAIGHT SETS TO THE BISON OF GALLAUDET

The Eagles entered NEAC play this weekend with the knowledge that starting setter would be lost for the remainder of the season.  In addition, the Eagles would have to face off against Gallaudet without starting OH Nicole Morera who was not medically cleared to play due to a recent injury.  The Eagles fell to the Bison 25-12, 25-7, 25-9 and could not get on track even after a good start by the Eagles who were within a few points of the Bison midway through the match.  CSE managed only 11 kills for the match, the lowest total of the season. Katie Cooper hit a team leading .176 with 4 kills and Subhana Wrights also tallied 4 kills and 2 aces to pace CSE’s offense.

The Eagles fall to 8W-11L and 0W-4L in conference.
